Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship fast — often the same day — because we know how exciting it is to wait for something you love. Our goal is for your order to arrive quickly, beautifully packaged, and ready to become a favorite in your closet. Every piece is hand-packed with care by our small team right here at Pink Arrows.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $50
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, pending product availability and credit card verification. Most orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted or canceled.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at customerservice@pinkarrows.com.
Please note, we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.
Priority Shipping Options
Enjoy free USPS Priority Shipping on orders over $100.
For orders under $100, you may upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping for a flat rate of $5 at checkout.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day whenever possible.
Processing Times & Delivery Estimates
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on the carrier.
Missing or Delivered Packages
If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
• Check for a delivery notice
• Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package
• Allow up to 36 hours, as packages may occasionally be marked delivered before arrival
Please note: Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control. Pink Arrows Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We are unable to refund, reship, or file claims for packages that show confirmed delivery.
