Pink Arrows Boutique is growing, and we’re looking for a part-time stylist who truly loves fashion, premium denim, and the heart behind what we do — building confidence, creating capsule wardrobes, and helping women feel incredible in their everyday lives.

This isn’t just a retail job. It’s about connection. It’s about helping someone walk out feeling more confident than when she walked in. You should feel confident styling head-to-toe outfits, mixing proportions, layering with intention, and building looks that feel effortless yet elevated. You must be comfortable explaining quality, cost-per-wear, and why investing in the right pieces matters. Selling higher price points should feel natural because you genuinely believe in the value of what we carry.

We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, on time, trustworthy, and eager to learn. Someone who thrives in community, enjoys building real relationships with customers, and understands that we are a relationship-based boutique — not a high-volume transaction store. Social media experience is a plus, or at least a willingness to grow in that area and help share our story.
