Orders & Changes
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Need to change a size? Update an address? Add something you forgot? Email us or give us a call as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes — but before that, we’re happy to work with you.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and import fees required by their country.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. During launches or busy weekends, it may take a little longer — but we move quickly and always send tracking once your order is on its way.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package.
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t see your package, check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still can’t locate it, reach out. While claims must be filed with the carrier, we’re always happy to help guide you through the next steps.
Discounts & Promotions
Why isn’t my discount code working?
First, double-check spelling and expiration details.
If it’s still not working, email us. We’re happy to look into it and help. We want you to feel good about your purchase — not frustrated at checkout.
I forgot to use my discount code.
It happens. Email us.
If your order is still processing, we’ll do our best to help. If it has already shipped, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned for store credit (gift card). Store credit never expires.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Some items — including final sale pieces — may not be eligible. If you’re unsure before purchasing, ask us.
Do returns go back to my card?
All approved returns are issued as store credit via gift card. Our goal is to help you find the right piece, and we’re always happy to assist with exchanges or new selections.
Store credit never expires.
Can I use my own return shipping label?
Yes — you’re welcome to use your own return label.
If you choose to use our prepaid return label, $5 will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping.
We want this process to feel simple and flexible.
Styling & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Fit is everything — especially in denim.
Each product page includes fit notes when possible. If you’re unsure, message us with your typical size and the style you’re considering. We’ll guide you personally.
Do you offer personal styling?
Yes — styling is at the heart of what we do.
Whether you’re building a capsule wardrobe, searching for the perfect jean, or refreshing your closet, we’re here to help you choose pieces you’ll actually wear.

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome. If you’d like dedicated one-on-one time, you can book a styling session in advance — especially during busy weekends or events.
Restocks
The style I wanted is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Some styles sell out quickly. Join the waitlist on the product page to be notified if it returns. And if you’re hoping for something specific, reach out — we may be able to suggest an alternative.
