We currently ship to Canada only.
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $250 USD. All pricing on our website is listed in USD. Taxes, customs duties, and broker fees are not included at checkout.
When placing a Canadian order, please enter your shipping address in English and ensure all fields are complete. Missing or incomplete information may delay fulfillment. Delivery timelines vary and may take up to 2–3 weeks depending on location and customs processing.
Shipping rates are calculated based on order value, package weight, and destination. Risk of loss and title for Canadian shipments transfers to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. If delivery is attempted while you are unavailable, please coordinate directly with the carrier to retrieve your package.
Taxes & Duties
All customs duties, import taxes, and broker fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Canadian customs authorities require that we declare the full value of your order on the package.
Once your package has left the United States, Pink Arrows Boutique has no control over customs delays or additional charges imposed by Canadian authorities.
