Returns & Exchanges

At Pink Arrows, we truly want you to love what you bring home. We carefully curate every piece, and our inventory moves quickly as new arrivals are constantly coming in. Because of that, we offer exchanges or store credit only within 10 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Items must be returned in new, sellable condition — unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and with all original tags attached.

The best part? Store credit never expires. We’re always bringing in fresh denim, new layers, and beautiful pieces to style, so you’ll always have something to look forward to.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Underwear, bras, and swimwear are final sale. Shoes must be returned unworn and in original condition.


Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 2 days of delivery at customerservice@pinkarrows.com. We’ll take care of you and provide next steps.


Return Processing

Please allow 7–10 business days for exchanges or store credit to be processed once your return is received.

All returns must include the original packing slip and have tags attached. Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without tags cannot be accepted and will be sent back.


Return Shipping

Domestic customers may use our flat-rate return label portal for a $5 return shipping fee, or ship back using a trackable method of your choice. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
