Holiday Return Extension
Purchases made between November 28 and December 25 qualify for our extended holiday return window and may be returned or exchanged until January 3rd. All other return terms below still apply.

Final Sale Items
Please note that all sale items ending in $.99 and all holiday items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Damages
We accept returns on items in new, sellable condition—unworn, unwashed, free of stains, scuffs, tears, snags, and smells—with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your package (or by January 3rd for purchases that qualify for the holiday extension). We offer store credit or exchanges (excluding original shipping charges). We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.

Store credit never expires.
Shoes must be unworn.
Underwear, bras, and swimwear are non-returnable.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. You must return the item in new, sellable condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Return Processing
Please allow 7–10 business days for returns to be processed once received at our warehouse.
All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
Include your packing slip with your return—missing packing slips may delay processing.

Return Shipping
Use our flat-rate return label portal for a $5 return shipping fee, or return the item using your own trackable method (we recommend a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit).
International customers: We do not offer return labels. You are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged & Non-Returnable Items
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
We will not accept items that have not been processed through our return portal. No exceptions.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Once we approve your return, it must be shipped back within 7 days using the return label provided.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
– Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
– Holiday items (e.g., Christmas sweaters, t-shirts, accessories, ornaments)
– Items missing original tags or packaging
– Gift cards
– Final sale items (ending in $.99)
These items will be returned to you.

International Returns
Please see our International Orders Return Policy for more details. We are not liable for lost items during return shipping, so please send items via a trackable service and retain proof of postage.
