EASY RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be returned in new, sellable condition—unworn, unwashed, free of stains, scuffs, tears, snags, odors, and with all original tags attached.
Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit never expires.
Shoes must be returned unworn. Underwear, bras, and swimwear are final sale.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, sellable condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days using the provided return instructions.
Return Processing
Please allow 7–10 business days for returns to be processed once received.
All returns must include the original packing slip and be sent back with tags attached. Missing packing slips or tags may delay processing.
Items returned damaged, worn, washed, soiled, or without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Return Shipping
Domestic returns may be processed using our flat-rate return label portal for a $5 return shipping fee, or you may ship the item back using your own trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
International customers: Return labels are not provided. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend using a trackable service.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided. Returns that are not initiated through the portal will not be accepted. Include this form completed with return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
